Did you know that this years programming includes exclusive FREE screenings and panels? In keeping with our commitment to bringing art and culture to the North County community, the La Costa Film Festival is proud to screen 21 free short films from filmmakers around the world along with a trio of discussion panels with industry experts.
The first set of short films will be offered at 1PM on Friday, September 11th at the Ruby G. The second shorts program will be offered at 11AM on Saturday, September 12th at the Ruby G. Schulman Auditorium. Among the films shown, FORE!, created by a group of 7th-9th graders during our two-day Student Film 101 Workshop led by Lucy Eagleson of Outside The Lens will make its debut. A Q&A session with the filmmakers will follow each of the shorts program. See the entire lineup here.
